All Sales Are Final.

Refunds/Exchanges are void once merchandise is opened/used. Also when plastic is removed from any mattress and boxspring. 

Return or exchange of defective items can be done, but is at the sole discretion of JB&F.

  •  Joe's Beds will determine if the product is indeed defective
  • We may request photo/video evidence of said product before a decision is made
  • The customer has up to 2 days from the date of receiving the product to inform JB&F that the product is defective

Please keep in mind that ANY exchanges are at the sole discretion of Joe's Bed & Furniture.
